Racedays

The development has greatly enhanced existing facilities for Premier badge holders and Members alike – downstairs, the “Denman Room” offers a range of food and full bar facilities exclusively to Members and Premier badge holders, thus relieving pressure on the Best Mate Bar.  Furthermore, Members have raceday access to the new Haldon Room, a private Members lounge with balcony viewing on the 1st floor of the Haldon Stand, where there are cash sales of light refreshments on each raceday.

The development has also added to the racecourse’s hospitality facilities, with four brand new purpose-built private hospitality suites, “The River Rooms”, upstairs, which provide stunning balcony viewing and a perfect setting from which to relax and soak up all the racing action in style. 

Conference and Events

The new extension has almost doubled the size of existing conference facilities at the racecourse, making it a perfect venue for any corporate or private event.

The facility allows us to accomodate up to 250 delegates in the "Denman Room" on the ground floor.  This suberb room has been designed with the requirements of any event planner in mind and is perfect for all types of meetings, exhibitions, products launches, parties and wedding receptions.  There are an additional 5 breakout rooms on the floor above, each boasting a balcony overlooking the racecourse and surrounding Haldon forest, making your event even more memorable.

All rooms are light and airy, and have been purpose-built to provide all the necessary facilities to make your event a success.
