Exeter Racecourse Terms and Conditions relating to the Purchase of Raceday Admission Tickets and Packages

1.  Once tickets have been purchased, no refunds will be given, with the exception of racing being abandoned.  Please see term 9.

2.  Tickets are not to be resold under any circumstances.

3.  Tickets will not be posted for bookings received less than 5 working days before the fixture in question.  General admission tickets are available for purchase on the day of racing - however, raceday packages and any advance offers will not, and must be booked in advance.

4.  Replacement tickets will not be issued for lost, stolen or defaced tickets.

5.  All tickets are posted by standard Royal Mail post and once tickets are posted they are the responsibility of the purchaser.  The racecourse will not accept liability for tickets not received.  Tickets may be sent by Special Delivery at an additional cost.

6.  The Exeter Racecourse Executive reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone and to remove any person from the Racecourse without assigning a reason for so doing and do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to persons or their property.

7.  Dogs are not permitted within the Enclosures (with the exception of Guide Dogs).

8.  Amateur photography is permitted at the Racecourse in all areas normally open to the public.  Flash photography is not permitted in any circumstances.  Professional and press photographers must contact the Racecourse prior to arrival.

9.  In the event of racing being abandoned, refunds on tickets purchased will be made as follows:
- abandonment before completion of the 1st race - full refund
- abandonment between conclusion of the 1st and 3rd races - 50% refund
- abandonment thereafter - no refund

All refunds must be claimed within 28 days of the race meeting.  Please send tickets and badges with a covering letter to Exeter Racecourse.
