A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure a hospitality booking. 

Cancellation of a hospitality booking made within a month before the raceday will incur a £10 per person charge, within 14 working days a £40 per person charge applies and within 7 working days a 100% charge will be made.  
 
Please note that at least 10 working days’ notice of menu choices and final numbers will be required before the raceday in question - any drop in numbers after this dates will be non-refundable.
