Our extensive range of tailor-made private hospitality suites are suited to all parties, accommodating from 10 to 100 guests, and can be set up in advance to match your preferred layout.

With 4 new suites, "The River Rooms", offering excellent balcony viewing, all of our rooms offer a light, welcoming atmosphere and unprecedented views over the racecourse and parade ring as well as the surrounding Haldon Forest, providing a perfect setting from which your guests can soak up all the action. 

All suites have closed-circuit television and convenient access to a tote betting point, so you won’t miss a thing.  If you do wish to head outside, there is stairway or lift access to the parade ring and betting enclosure just a short walk away.

Each suite contains a fully-licensed bar with friendly waiting staff at your service – wines can be ordered in advance.
